Buy a permit
Pick a zone on the map in Mehville, buy its permit and catch the taxi out.
A co-op zombie survival game where the undead can barely be bothered, and you still have 60 zones to take back. Clear them, loot them, and build a home worth coming back to.
Every run starts in the town of Mehville and ends back at your homestead with a full bag.

Fight through the zombies, smash the nest and loot everything that isn’t nailed down.
Trade at the Mehville market, craft better gear and level up your survivor.
Everyone gets their own big plot in Home Land, right on the road. Fill it with the stuff you found. Then go further out.
Up to 8 players, hosted by you on Steam. Everyone keeps their own level, money and plot.
One big 50 × 50 m plot each, with a camper to start in. Build it up and decorate it with what you found.
Stay away too long and the zombies slowly take cleared zones back, with better loot to win them again.
Ride the taxi to any zone. Later, fix up an old sci-fi train that carries the whole group.
Sell your loot, buy gear, and see what other players are trading. Zone permits are at the Town Hall, or from Permit Pete at the gate if you can’t be bothered to walk back (he charges extra).
Ten bosses, each tied to what MehGen did, from the Farmer to patient zero.
When it releases, the whole base game is free on Steam: all 60 zones, Mehville, your homestead and co-op with friends. New islands after zone 60 may come later as optional DLC.
A lot of multiplayer games die when the company stops paying for servers. This one is built so that can’t happen. From day one, co-op runs through Steam with players hosting their own games, so there’s no server of mine to shut down.
If I ever stop working on it, you and your friends can still play together.
It’s made for fun by one unicorn who has absolutely no clue what they’re doing. Some things might look amazing. Other things might look like they belong in a game from 20 years ago.
Meh. It works. Probably.
